There was a very significant increase in demand for the program this year. This could be due to COVID and our general feeling of being disconnected from our friends and colleagues in the STS community. We set a record for number of participants: 463. Joint meeting with EASST are always bigger years for the mentorship program, but this year we had over double our previous record for number of participants. In all, 24% of total conference registrants enrolled in the mentorship program. This is also about twice the normal participation rate, which usually hovers around between 10 to 13%.
