The Student Section of Society for the Social Studies of Science (6S) have returned with the 6S Sketch Groups for students and early career scholars.
In this iteration of the 6S sketch Group Program graduate students and postdoctoral fellows will participate in workshops led by faculty mentors. The virtual workshops will be held between July-November 2023 and culminate in a dinner session during the 4S annual meeting in Honolulu 8-11th November 2023.
Based on the success of our 2022 Program we believe the opportunity to meet on multiple occasions with peers and faculty will facilitate deep relationships, including peer-to-peer mentorship. We will select (rubric) 50 sketch group participants, apply here by Thursday, April 30th 2023, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Please share the call with your department, colleagues and as widely as possible. We would like to pur student mentorship platform to reach as many students as possible.
