The Chemistry department at the University of Wisconsin – Madison is searching for a new director for our outreach program. This individual will work with departmental and community stakeholders to create and enact programs that support the use of chemistry knowledge in daily life. For example, programs might be aimed at helping community members parse more- and less-reasonable statements made by Norfolk Southern consultants about the fallout from vinyl chloride fires in Palestine Ohio.
