I'm writing on behalf of the Committee for the Anthropology of Science, Technology and Computing (GAD/AAA), to share that we're accepting nominations for a co-chair position, and the last day to send your application is January 5th, 2026.

More about the position:
This term begins in mid-January 2026 and concludes at the end of 2028.
You'll help us organize social events, member initiatives such as CASTAC-Net, and AAA panels.
You'll help convene award committees for the Diana Forsythe Prize and David Hakken Student Paper Prize.
You'll also be liaising with the General Anthropology Division (GAD) on budget, programming, and attending GAD board meetings at the AAAs.
As well as collaborating with CASTAC members and partner organizations to develop new programming.
