The book exhibit showcases new releases and in print science and technology studies books. It provides editors, publishers and potential authors a chance to meet and discuss new book projects. Attendees depend on the book exhibit for finding new books for class, for their research and for staying current in the field.
With the announcement of a virtual conference and Midspace as our platform, exhibitions will look a little different this year. Midspace is a state-of-the-art platform for hosting engaging and accessible virtual events. We will make use of the platform to stage a virtual book exhibit showcase.
Each exhibit will have the ability to set up a booth in the month leading up to the conference with audio and visual materials as well as links to publisher sites (Common formats supported: pdf, png, jpeg, mp4, webm, URLs).
