The goal of the Mentorship Program is to facilitate exchange of ideas between more senior and more junior scholars and support career development.

We will match participants based on research interests and then introduce mentors and mentees via email approximately two weeks before the conference. You can then arrange a time to meet virtually during the conference.

A mentoring relationship only assumes one conversation during the annual meeting. We hope that mentoring relationships will also continue with at least two follow-up phone calls, Zoom calls, or email exchanges during the following 12 months.

Please complete the form below if you would like to participate in the program as a mentor, mentee or both.

Please direct any questions about the program to Matthew Harsh (, 4S Mentorship Program Coordinator.
